Finally laying to rest the bad press and misguided accusations against the Chevy Volt, only in the way that I can. Humor and bizarre comparisons that put my stamp on the writing, no matter who is credited.
This was a pretty cool article that I did with BoldRide about the original "Sweet Sixteen" cars of Hot Wheels. The cars have changed a lot since their introduction. Mattel is hell bent on changing the cars into unrealistic, extreme, versions of wheeled monsters and animals. Oh, where have ye gone you simple hot-rodded days of old.
With gas prices reaching up to almost $3.50 nationally, it's harder and harder to scratch your performance car itch on a working slob's budget. I wrote this article a while back to try to address that dilemma.
